WHAT YOU'LL DO • Generate innovative ideas and execute designs with equal partnership between creative vision and quality • Collaborate across multidisciplinary creative teams • Shape strategic brand vision while pushing creative boundaries • Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies • Provide and solicit feedback from stakeholders at all levels WHO YOU ARE • 6+ years concepting and delivering creative work • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in design, creative technology, typography, and art direction • Proven track record influencing designers, contractors, and agencies independently • Proficiency with current AI and creative tools • Creative coding background a plus • Impeccable typography and craft standards
