Web Designer

Lemni is building a customer experience platform and is looking for a Web Designer to create visually stunning designs for their web presence and marketing materials. You'll work in Framer, receive mentorship, and help shape the brand's visual identity. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Design interactive web experiences and landing pages in Framer • Develop marketing campaign assets and product launch graphics • Collaborate with product teams on brand alignment • Ensure responsive, performant designs across all platforms • Contribute to brand identity refinement • Produce engaging visual content, potentially including video • Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback WHO YOU ARE • 2+ years of web design experience • Framer expertise • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite • Experience creating marketing campaign and product launch assets • Basic video editing skills a plus • Brand design experience (logos, 3D, illustration) a plus WHAT LEMNI OFFERS • Competitive salary and equity • Mentorship and professional growth • Flexible hours • Generous vacation • Vibrant Amsterdam office • Professional tools provided
