WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead end-to-end design across mobile platforms, translating strategy into scalable solutions • Design discovery and integration experiences for partner apps within the Life360 platform • Rapidly prototype concepts using AI-native and standard design tools • Develop scalable design frameworks and patterns • Mentor designers and influence product strategy across functions WHO YOU ARE • 10+ years designing mobile-first consumer products, ideally with location, health, or wellness experience • Portfolio demonstrating elegant, data-informed solutions to complex problems • Experience designing AI-enhanced experiences • Strong prototyping skills with a track record of delivering at scale • Systems thinker with cross-functional influence capabilities
