Senior UX Designer

HouseRx is building the infrastructure to make specialty medications more affordable and accessible for patients with serious chronic illnesses. The platform is built from the ground up by specialty pharmacists, physicians, and technologists enabling medically integrated dispensing at scale. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Develop deep understanding of clinical team member journeys, jobs-to-be-done, and pain points • Define and evolve UX principles, frameworks, and best practices • Collaborate across the organization to ensure designs are validated with the right stakeholders • Create a culture of innovation — push back on preconceived notions and approach problems with consistent patterns • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare UX WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of professional product/UX design experience working closely with engineering teams • Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in software products • Pharmacy management systems, EHR, or healthcare SaaS experience strongly preferred • AI-native — you've meaningfully changed how you work through AI tools • Strong portfolio demonstrating critical thinking within complex, ambiguous systems
