Affirm is a financial technology company building honest financial products that improve lives. This Staff Product Designer role leads design initiatives for Affirm's App and Card experience, driving customer-centric financial solutions across the core consumer product. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own and drive design initiatives for the Affirm App and Card product area • Collaborate across product, engineering, and data science to create seamless financial experiences • Demonstrate proactive ownership with strong product sense • Balance data-informed decision-making with willingness to explore innovative approaches • Raise the bar for exceptional craft and visual quality across the team WHO YOU ARE • Proactive with strong product sense and exceptional craft and visual design skills • Track record shipping high-quality consumer financial products • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across cross-functional teams • Remote-first — able to work anywhere within Canada • Experience in fintech or consumer financial products is strongly preferred
