Staff Product Designer

Auth0, part of Okta, protects over 5 billion login transactions monthly. This Staff Product Designer owns end-to-end design for Auth0's Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences — the tools millions of developers and enterprise admins use daily to secure their applications. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own end-to-end design for Auth0's Dashboard, Universal Login, and developer experiences • Lead strategic initiatives with product managers and engineering leads to shape product direction • Create pixel-perfect interfaces with attention to visual design, interaction patterns, and accessibility • Evolve the design system, establishing patterns that scale across Auth0 and Okta • Mentor designers and raise the bar for craft and process across the team WHO YOU ARE • 7+ years designing digital products with a portfolio showing strong visual design and systems thinking • Experience simplifying complex, multi-step workflows without losing power or flexibility • Strong prototyping skills in Figma; comfortable with code-based prototypes • Research fluency — you know when to run usability tests versus trust informed intuition • Experience with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or identity/security products is a bonus
