This Senior Product Designer joins an AI-first design team with high autonomy and ownership, designing across the Okta Identity Governance product area — serving IT Admins, Security Admins, and End Users. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Drive and execute product design strategy for your team, ensuring meaningful impact on user experience and business outcomes • Design end-to-end flows that span multiple personas and complex enterprise use cases • Collaborate with user research, UX writing, product management, and engineering to deliver best-in-class experiences • Perfect scalable design patterns that drive consistency and efficiency across the Okta portfolio • Regularly present work and new ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing complex, technical projects • Systems thinker who connects user insights to business goals • Comfortable incorporating AI into your design process for brainstorming and prototyping • Experience in enterprise SaaS, identity/security, or B2B tools is a plus • Proficient in Figma, Miro, and similar design tools
