Product Designer

Design productivity experiences for healthcare providers at Commure, the AI Operating System for healthcare. You'll work across the full product lifecycle — from discovery through client launch — designing interfaces used by 500K+ clinicians daily. You'll own interaction design, systems design, and service design across complex clinical workflows. What you'll do: - Design end-to-end product experiences for healthcare providers, from initial discovery through client launch - Own interaction design, visual design, and service design for AI-powered clinical tools - Partner closely with engineering, product, and clinical stakeholders - Move fast — Commure deploys daily and you'll ship work at the same pace - Help define and scale a design system used across a rapidly growing product suite What you'll bring: - Strong portfolio demonstrating product design for complex, data-dense interfaces - Experience working in fast-paced environments with short iteration cycles - Systems thinking and the ability to design for multiple user types and contexts - Interest in healthcare, AI, or enterprise productivity tools - Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define problems as well as solve them Commure is backed by top investors and serves over 500,000 clinicians across health systems nationwide.
