Founding Growth Product Manager

Atomic Strata is building configurable context infrastructure for AI applications, agents, and enterprise workflows. AtomicMemory gives developers full control over the memory layer — auditable, portable, and designed to handle stale or contradicted context. This is a high-ownership founding role for someone who can move fluidly between product management, growth analytics, GTM systems, and AI-native operations. You'll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team to turn market feedback into product priorities, developer interest into enterprise pipeline, and product usage into measurable activation. What you'll do: - Build and manage activation metrics across open-source, hosted, and enterprise motions - Identify product adoption bottlenecks and create a regular operating rhythm between analytics, GTM signal, and engineering priorities - Run structured growth and GTM experiments across developer and enterprise channels (GitHub, docs, LinkedIn, paid social, search, direct outreach) - Build AI-native GTM systems: account research workflows, prospect scoring, audience segmentation, and automated reporting - Partner with founders on roadmap prioritization — translating strategy into epics, sprints, and product briefs What you'll bring: - Experience with technical products for developers and enterprises (open source, AI infrastructure, devtools, data infrastructure, APIs, or enterprise SaaS) - Strong product judgment and analytical thinking — hypotheses, funnels, cohorts, activation metrics - AI-native: you already use AI tools to move faster across research, synthesis, and operations - Technical enough to understand developer workflows and have credible conversations with engineering and technical buyers - Strong Pacific Time overlap required A seed-stage company founded by Stanford and MIT engineers with prior exits.
