Design Lead (Digital Services)

<p>CPF Board is a Singapore government statutory board administering the Central Provident Fund, supporting over 4 million members with retirement, healthcare and housing needs.</p><p>As Design Lead, you would manage a multidisciplinary team, set standards and governance frameworks, and drive design from discovery to delivery. You would coach designers, partner with product and engineering stakeholders, and champion human-centred, accessible design across the Digital Services Division.</p><p>Provides retirement income, healthcare financing, and home financing security for over 4 million Singaporeans through a comprehensive, nationally mandated savings scheme.</p><p>Singapore · Hybrid</p>
