Service Designer

<p>The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) is a Dubai Government regulatory body overseeing private education quality across the emirate, from early childhood to adult learning.</p><p>You would lead end-to-end service design and transformation initiatives, conducting research, journey mapping, blueprinting, prototyping and testing. You would translate insights into practical solutions, facilitate workshops, present to senior leadership, and establish performance measures for continuous improvement.</p><p>KHDA drives the quality and growth of private education in Dubai, supporting hundreds of thousands of students across schools, universities, and training institutes.</p><p>Dubai, United Arab Emirates</p>
