About this role
The UX Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination and execution of UX initiatives across Carhartt's direct-to-consumer (D2C) organization. The role keeps UX work organized, visible and delivered on time by coordinating with cross-functional teams, so UX teams can focus on high-impact work. You own the day-to-day momentum.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Coordinate UX workstreams across multiple eCommerce initiatives, such as site content updates, site enhancements, AB testing, personalization and user research
• Act as the central point of coordination between UX, marketing, merchandising, creative, customer service, legal and regional partners, making sure developers have the specs, assets and documentation they need
• Manage UX project timelines, dependencies, milestones and deliverables, and support standard UX delivery processes (intake, prioritization, handoff, QA)
• Track progress against plans and report risks, blockers and capacity issues to stakeholders
• Support sprint planning and backlog readiness for UX work
• Schedule key meetings, keep minutes and track action items; facilitate UX standups, planning sessions and retrospectives
• Maintain UX documentation, workflows and artifacts in shared tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure, Figma and User Testing
• Help scale consistent ways of working across business units and improve the efficiency and predictability of UX execution
• Give stakeholders clear visibility into UX priorities, timelines and outcomes, and assist with leadership-ready summaries of progress, risks and impact
WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of related work experience
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, program management or operations (digital, UX, commerce or product-focused)
• Experience in an agile or hybrid agile environment, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting UX, design or research teams, with exposure to UX research, design systems and usability testing
• Familiarity with D2C eCommerce platforms and customer experience workflows
• Working knowledge of tools such as Azure, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Miro
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset
This role is remote, with no regular on-site requirement. On-site travel is limited to special events.
