I’ve built a retail experimentation lab influencing 1,200+ stores, founded two venture‑backed tech startups, helped shape Stanford’s d.school in its earliest days, and advise teams like Gumption, an AI‑driven home design startup. I also build on the side through projects like Little Cheer, a kid‑loving craft syrup brand rooted in flavor, play, and everyday ritual. Across all of it, I help teams move from ambiguity to clarity by shaping products and experiences that feel intuitive, human, and culturally aware.
