I am a design leader with experience leading UX and service design, research, and product management on cross-functional Agile teams for enterprise, governments, non-profits, and startups in multiple sectors. My passion is designing products that connect, engage, tame complexity, and create impact. I partner with organizations and communities to identify pain points, hidden opportunities, and create products using a data-driven approach to ensure we create the right thing the right way. I help manage risk to build, test, measure, and evaluate for 0-1 and existing products, prioritizing feedback and ensure that innovation scales out ethically.
