Hi! I'm Christina—an Austin-based design operations leader who's passionate about crafting beautiful, useful experiences that empower designers to do their best work. With over 10 years of experience in the design field, I bring a unique perspective to design ops shaped by my journey as an entrepreneur, product designer, and design manager. I thrive on creating clarity, solving complex problems, and building systems that foster success for designers and cross-functional teams alike. Currently, I’m part of the Product Design team at LegalZoom, where I partner closely with our VP of Design to drive operations for our 25-person, globally distributed team. My focus areas include design craft, talent and resource management, cross-functional alignment, and organizational health. In my next role, I’m excited to expand my design operations expertise in a larger-scale organization that deeply values the impact of great design.
