Now processing 350K monthly transactions (over $1B annually) at CVS and other retailers—surpassing deposits made with bank tellers. • Developed vision at scale by influencing the redesign of Capital One's primary digital servicing experience to focus on innovation, improved feature findability, and alignment with core customer needs. • Led the design team that influenced the removal of all overdraft fees, making Capital One the first major bank to jettison this practice and earning praise from lawmakers, including Senator Elizabeth Warren. • Guided the design team to migrate our Recoveries experience in-house and articulated a CX vision that united the organization with the potential for helping 1M customers rebuild while generating $1B in revenue.
