I’m Vaishnavi Naphade. My childhood revolved around people embracing art and traditions. Today, I have come to a belief that a product is not just about assimilating attractive designs but being mindful and empathetic towards the needs of the audience. I joined Bentley Systems as a senior product designer in January 2023. I worked with multiple teams here in the Civil Engineering department. I worked on a new AI-driven product for site solutions. (https://www.bentley.com/software/opensite-plus/) In my previous experience with Mindstix Software Labs as a Lead Product Experience Designer. I have covered many roles from being a designer to mentoring young passionate newlings in this design-led product development agency. On an everyday basis, I facilitated enterprise solutions across domains like IT, B2B, Sales, and E-learning platforms. I have showcased many digital product designs like web-based applications and experiences for some of the esteemed companies like Estee Lauder and VMware, from discussing the requirements to project kickoffs to deliveries. I was one of the key persons to administer the execution. My journey so far has taught me to be worthy of building empathetic art for customers from scratch, and I have thoroughly enjoyed doing so.
