Anoopa John.

I work with organisations as a brand advisor and designer, and alongside this I’m building a small publishing imprint. I usually join projects when the design direction isn’t clear, either right at the start or midway through an established brand. I help teams figure out what to design, what really matters, and how it should come together across brand communication, publishing, and digital work. I work closely with founders, teams, writers, researchers, and developers, and often stay involved for longer to ensure things stay consistent over time. I enjoy working in collaborative environments and often partnering with writers, researchers, and developers. I also have experience mentoring design teams, and bring the perspective of someone who’s led a studio across design, operations and leadership. I'm open to part-time roles with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
