Janine Rosado is a design and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience working in complex, regulated environments including healthcare, financial services, and government. Her work focuses on designing systems that help organizations make better decisions. She connects user behavior, business goals, and operational constraints into experiences that actually perform. She has led large-scale transformation efforts, built and scaled design teams, and partnered closely with product and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes. She also works at the intersection of design and AI, focusing on how teams design with AI as part of their workflow and for AI as a product surface that shapes how intelligent systems behave, communicate, and integrate into real-world use. Currently, she leads a team of UX designers at FCB Health. Her work spans experience design, research, and service design, with a focus on simplifying complexity and improving how organizations operate. She holds a Master’s in Behavioral Economics and teaches cognitive psychology for design, including a course on Designing With and For AI.
