With a background in education, design, marketing, I bring a unique set of experiences that spans from collecting and identifying consumer insights to developing business and innovation strategy and implementing engineering solutions. Having led design, innovation, and strategy at companies that include General Motors, Nike, and Alphabet, I bring a wealth of experience leading and facilitating and building communities of practice around user-centered design. My work as a designer and facilitator focuses on developing user insights as a means to determining innovation and market strategy. I have led over 200 design-focused workshops on topics from rapid prototyping to accelerate the design process to identifying key unique selling point innovations. I currently am doing freelance work as I look for the next big step in my career and explore other work opportunities
