About

Oen Michael Hammonds works at the intersection of design and business to ensure we create meaningful and valuable products and services for people. He has designed across the gamut—advertising, graphic, interactive, environmental, and services. As a Distinguished Design executive, Oen works with teams to drive the design and implementation of impactful employee experiences by increasing alignment and integration between programs, organizations, and tools while focusing on the needs of employees across the company. In this role, Oen facilitates strategic projects and experiences that transform organizations to build iconic, high quality crafted products and services with human-centered experiences. Outside of his 9-to-5, Oen teaches design as an adjunct instructor and has shared his design experience at a variety of colleges and universities around the world. He is a passionate mentor to early and mid-career design practitioners and enjoys sharing his stories of failures and successes.
